How to apply?
ATTENTION: This application method is intended for food truck vendors and similar businesses inspected by the Berrien County Health Department on the day of the event. (If you create “Edible Art” products—crafted offsite and sold at the show from a booth—please apply using the “Artists and Crafters” application.)

In an effort to allow all vendors to have good sales at the show, we will be evaluating what food offerings will be at the show. Please contact us by email at chapelhill.craftshow@gmail.com or call Shireen at 269-876-1545 for the link to the application. Include in your communication what specific types of foods you will be selling. Thank you.
General Information
Set up hours are:
Friday, October 2nd, Noon to 4 p.m. or Saturday, Oct. 3rd, 5 a.m. to 7:15 a.m.
- You must be in place by 7:15 a.m. on Saturday due to foot traffic safety concerns the morning of the show.
- The show is held at the Berrien County Youth Fairgrounds with an attendance of about 5,000 to 6,000.
- Please use the gate to the east of the office at 9122 Old US 31, Berrien Springs, MI. 49103 and call the designated person (to be noted in a future email) to get your check-in registration materials and site location.
- The show is sponsored by Chapel Hill United Methodist Church of Sodus.
